How to pick up a shipment

Once the shipment arrives, you will receive a notification with the branch number on your phone. 
Follow the link to find the work hours of the branches.

    Prepare the original documents that entitle you to pick up the shipment.
  2. 2
    Inspect the shipment. You can reweight it if necessary in the branch.
  3. 3
    Pay for the shipment. In the case of non-cash payments, settlements are made every 10 days based on:
    • 3.1
      an agreement with Nova Post
    • 3.2
      a certificate of completion
    • 3.3
      accompanying forms: a tax note and an invoice

You can also pay for your shipment in cash: online or at a Nova Post branch.

You will get a copy of the EW along with the shipment. We've compiled detailed requirements for receiving shipments in our Terms of Service.


Additional services

  • Refusal to receive
    You can refuse to receive a shipment: to do so, specify the reason for your refusal.
  • Storage
    The shipment will be stored at the branch for 30 days. Free of charge: pallets for 3 days, other shipments for 7 days.
  • Easy return
    Received shipment can be returned within 14 days.
  • Receiving shipments by register
    You can easily receive a large number of shipments.
  • Forwarding
    You can forward your shipment at any time. Free of charge within the city. For an additional fee across Ukraine.
