Services

You can send from the address by one of two methods

Courier Pickup order

This is a service that includes creating an EW and a Courier Pickup order and then adding shipments to the order in the business account or via API. This service allows you to manage your Courier Pickup order online.

Use addressed delivery

This service involves the automatic generation of an order for the next time interval after the EW is created in the business account, mobile application, or API. There is no option to manage the order online in the business account and via API.

Delivery cost includes:

  • Envelope for documents
  • 'Return' service
  • Bag: 0.5-4 kg
  • Fee from the declared value up to ₴500

The safekeeping time starts from the next day after arrival.

If a single EW contains both passenger and cargo tires and wheels, the tariffs for the delivery of cargo tires and wheels are charged according to the tariffs for the delivery of cargo tires and wheels.

    The rates are valid if the Courier Pickup order is created in the business account or via API.

Cancellation of a courier call request less than an hour before the end of the selected time interval is charged at 350 ₴/request.

* The cost is calculated by the higher of either the volumetric or the actual weight of the shipment ID (Internet document) (calculated weight).
** The cost of lifting the "Tires/Disks" shipment is calculated according to the cargo cost

To the door delivery is available if:

  • One place of shipment weighs up to 100 kg
  • The distance from the parking lot of the Nova Post vehicle to the sender's building does not exceed 50 meters
  • There are no obstacles to moving the shipment (narrow aisles)
  • If the elevator is down or there is no power supply in the sender's house, pickup is possible:
    for parcels up to 30 kg and up to the 5th floor only;
    for parcels from 30 kg and not higher than the 1st floor.
  • Alternatively, reschedule the delivery for another day or make it from the nearest branch

From the door delivery is not available for the "Pallet" shipment type.
The service is provided with no crating, pallet boards, or flatboxes.

Additional services

How to send from the address:

    Check that the parcel doesn't contain items that are not accepted for transportation.

    Pack the shipment according to the packing rules.
    The goods for self-packing can be purchased in a branch or in our online store.

    Order one of the following services:

    Wait for the courier at the address during the selected time interval.
  5. 5
    Provide the courier with the packed shipment, the EW number, and other information or documents required for dispatch.
  6. 6
    Sign the documents presented by the courier. The documents must be kept until the recipient receives the parcel.

    If you are specified as the payer for delivery services, you can pay in cash, by card, or non-cash.
    In cash: up to UAH 75,000.
    Non-cash payment: any amount (payment is made every 10 days or according to the agreement upon receipt of an invoice and a certificate of completion).

    As soon as the recipient picks up the shipment, you will receive a delivery notification.
