Receive at the parcel locker

Once the shipment arrives at the parcel locker, you will receive a notification on your phone. Find the nearest parcel locker on our map.


How to pick up a shipment

  1. 1
    Approach the parcel locker. Turn on Bluetooth and select the desired parcel in the mobile app.
  2. 2
    Pay for the service in the mobile app if you are specified as the payer in the EW. In the case of non-cash payments, settlements are made every 10 days based on:
    • 2.1
      an agreement with Nova Post
    • 2.2
      a certificate of completion
    • 2.3
      accompanying forms: a tax note and an invoice

      You can also pay for the service in cash online in the mobile app.
  3. 3
    Click the "Open locker" button.
  4. 4
    Pick up your parcel and close the locker.

Additional services

  • Refusal to receive
    You can refuse to receive a shipment: to do so, specify the reason for your refusal.
  • Storage
    Free storage for 7 days.
    Storage in the parcel locker for 3 days.
    Afterward, up to 30 days at the branch.
  • Forwarding
    You can forward your shipment at any time. Free of charge within the city. For an additional fee across Ukraine.
  • Easy return
    This service allows you to return the received shipment within 14 days.
