How does an authorized person receive a parcel

At the parcel locker

Approach the parcel locker

Start the Nova Post mobile application and turn on Bluetooth and geolocation on your smartphone

Pay for shipment if you are listed as the payer

Click "Open the locker"

Pick up the parcel and close the locker

At the branch

Provide the operator with your phone number, the code you received by SMS or the express waybill number (EW)

Pay for the shipment if you are listed as the payer

Pick up the shipment entrusted to you

How to cancel the authorization

You are the sender. Only the recipient can order the service

Parcel's declared value exceeds 20 000 lei

The Cash on Delivery service was ordered for the shipment

In the express waybill, the data was changed after the shipment arrived at the branch, at the post locker, at the Pick Up point or at the address
