Nova Post in Moldova Launches a New Mobile App
Nova Post has launched a new mobile application, offering customers an updated design and expanded functionality — from creating shipments to paying for delivery directly from a smartphone.
The transition to the new app is part of Nova Post’s integration into the company’s unified European system, which is already operating in 15 countries. As part of this transformation, Nova Post has upgraded its branches, vehicle fleet, parcel locker network, and digital infrastructure, and is rolling out a new multilingual website as well as a unified mobile app for customers across Europe.
The new app gives customers greater control over their shipments, allowing them to:
- quickly create electronic waybills to arrange shipments;
- pay for delivery directly in the app;
- request a courier in just a few clicks by entering the pickup address, parcel size and weight, and selecting a convenient time slot;
- track shipments in real time using live tracking;
- easily arrange parcel returns;
- find the nearest branches and parcel lockers via an interactive map, etc.
With this update, Nova Post ensures a unified digital service standard across its entire European network regardless of the country in which a customer sends or receives a parcel.
“We see how rapidly customer needs are evolving. People want to manage delivery directly from their smartphones. The new Nova Post app puts everything in one place — from creating a waybill to real-time parcel tracking. It makes our service even faster and more convenient, and helps customers feel that delivery can be easy, fast, and safe,” said Serhii Shapran, CEO of Nova Post in Moldova.
The new app is available for download via the App Store and Google Play.
