Order goods with Cash on Delivery and pay upon receipt

  1. How it works select a product on a website or in the mobile app of an online store, or from an individual seller who allows payment upon delivery
  2. In the order details, choose delivery via Nova Post
  3. In the payment method, select “Pay on delivery” (Cash on Delivery / COD) or inform the individual seller that you want to purchase the product using COD via Nova Post
  4. Pay for the parcel in the app Nova Post, in your personal My Nova Post account, to the branch operator, or to the courier
  5. Confirm the payment by signing an electronic document using the OTP code received on your phone and receive the confirmation document via email.

COD Service Fee for Individual Recipients

  • Shipments with COD from individuals

    Fee: 2.5% of the COD amount, but not less than 20 MDL. The commission is paid by the recipient

How to Track Your Shipment

You can track your shipment on the website, in the mobile app Nova Post, or in your My Nova Post account.

Beware of Fraud Attempts

Nova Post does not send separate messages or notifications regarding the COD service and does not provide links to forms requesting your card details for accessing the COD service.

Such notifications may be sent by scammers.

The COD service between individuals is provided exclusively according to the procedure described here.

There are no other versions or alternatives of this service.

  • do not share personal data with third parties;
  • verify the source of any request;
  • immediately report any suspicious activity to Nova Post Customer Support.
