How to send

  • from a branch

      Select the nearest Nova Poshta branch in your city. Please make sure the selected branch accepts parcels weighing over 30 kg.
    2. 2
      Create a shipment request with the operator or online before visiting the branch: in the mobile application or on the website. Provide the operator with the waybill number if the parcel was created online.
    3. 3
      Pay the cost of delivery and selected additional services and hand the parcel over to the operator.

      Fill out an online application for shipment from the address on the website or via the mobile app.

      Pay for delivery services.
    3. 3
      Wait for a notification informing you of the courier's arrival date and stay at the specified address that day. More details about the courier service work schedule.

      Pack the shipment in advance according to the packing standards.
    5. 5
      Place the cargo into the Nova Poshta courier's vehicle.

How to track a parcel

You can track your parcel in the Tracking tab or in the mobile application.

When the parcel arrives at the branch, the recipient will receive a notification via SMS or in the mobile application.
If delivery to address is arranged, the courier will notify the recipient of arrival of the parcel.
