How to call a courier online

  • 1. Prepare the items to be sent and pack them into the box. We have prepared a short guide for you at the link: how to pack a parcel properly.

  • 2. Fill out an application for a courier pickup:

    ■      in Nova Post chatbot
    ■      in the mobile application
    ■      in your personal account

  • 3. Pay for the order online.

  • 4. Hand over the shipment in closed form to the courier. The courier will print and stick a label on your box.

You can track your shipment using the Nova Post tracking option on the website and in the mobile application.

The courier can accept a shipment of any weight

The sender shall be responsible for placing shipments over 30 kg into the courier's vehicle.

Сouriers only accept and collect parcels packed in accordance with packaging standards.

Please pack the parcel in advance so as not to make the courier wait. The courier can be at the address in less than 15 minutes.

If the way the parcel is packaged does not meet the packaging standards, the courier won't pick up the parcel.

When the courier collects the parcel

The parcels are collected by Nova Post couriers. The time of arrival of the courier depends on the time of placing the delivery order.
