10,1 million parcels delivered, 915 194 clients, MDL 60,5 million in taxes and MDL 41,5 million in investments – Nova Post’s 2025 results in Moldova

In 2025 Nova Post in Moldova demonstrated growth across all operational and financial indicators. The company processed 10.1 million shipments — 2.6 times more than in 2024. The number of customers reached 915,194, while taxes paid to the Moldovan state budget resulted in MDL 60.5 million, representing a 112% increase compared to 2024.
Delivery volumes grew in both the domestic and international segments. The number of domestic shipments exceeded 877,000, 12.7% higher than in 2024. International shipments nearly tripled, reaching 9.2 million parcels. Most frequently, residents of Moldova received parcels from China, the United States, Romania, and Ukraine. The most popular international online stores remained Temu, Joom, AliExpress, iHerb, and Zapatos.
These results were possible through the systematic development of the company’s logistics infrastructure and services. In 2025, Nova Post invested MDL 31.2 million in network expansion, process automation, rebranding, fleet renewal, and terminal modernization, improving service efficiency and delivery speed. A separate focus was dedicated to digital transformation, with investments in the IT sector totaling MDL 10.3 million. Today, Nova Post’s logistics network in Moldova includes 57 branches, 262 parcel lockers, 249 pickup points, and three sorting centers.
In particular, 2025 marked an important milestone for the company — Nova Poshta completed its rebranding and continued operations under the unified European brand Nova Post. This step became part of the integration into the European NOVA Group of companies network, which now operates in 15 European countries. Throughout the year, the company updated the branding of its branches, parcel lockers, and vehicle fleet, launched a new multilingual website, updated its social media, and plans to complete the rebranding with the launch of a new Nova Post mobile app in 2026.
At the same time, the company expanded its range of customer services. In 2025, Nova Post launched international delivery between European countries, including routes from Moldova to the EU and vice versa, enabling customers to send and receive parcels not only from Ukraine or Romania, but also from other European countries. The company actively integrates with online retailers — launching deliveries from the UK-based ASOS and the Turkish marketplace Trendyol, and is currently negotiating partnerships with companies in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. In addition, to accelerate international deliveries, Nova Post introduced customs brokerage services, providing customers with professional assistance during customs clearance.
“This year, we will focus on scaling our infrastructure and further deepening logistics automation. Among our key operational priorities are the launch of a new central sorting hub and the development of fulfillment solutions that will make logistics faster and more efficient for businesses in Moldova. A separate focus will be dedicated to support of local manufacturers: together with our partners, we are working on launching a new marketplace as an additional platform for e-commerce development, as well as preparing a comprehensive support program for Moldovan entrepreneurs,” said Serhii Shapran, CEO of Nova Post in Moldova.
