Nova Post has started providing customs brokerage services in Moldova
Nova Post in Moldova has expanded its range of services and launched customs brokerage support for international shipments. Both businesses and individual customers can use this service.
For business customers who are Nova Post partners, a full range of customs clearance services for international shipments is available: from document verification to customs declaration submission and customs clearance. The comprehensive service can be ordered through a personal manager.
Individual customers can use the service even if their international shipment was delivered by another postal operator. To do this, they need to contact the company’s customs brokerage team.
To speed up the customs clearance process, Nova Post has developed automated solutions that combine similar categories of goods within a single procedure. In addition, to make the process more convenient for customers, the company has simplified payment procedures. Now, customs duties and customs declaration services can be paid in a single payment: at the branch, to the courier, or online.
“We strive to make international delivery as simple as possible for our customers. That is why we develop not only logistics, but also services that help customers quickly complete all necessary customs procedures. For businesses, this is an opportunity to receive a comprehensive service, while individual customers receive professional support during customs clearance. During the first month of the customs declaration service operation, the company processed 281 customs declarations, including 26 for legal entities and 255 for individual customers. This demonstrates the high demand for the new service among both customer groups,” said Liudmila Lavric, Head of the Customs Declaration Department at Nova Post Moldova.
