The period of parcel storage in the branch
The parcel can be stored in the branch for up to 30 days at most.
This service is provided automatically. There is no need to order it separately.
The storage period may be different if the sender has so indicated.
For example, TEMU orders are stored for 5 days and then returned to the sender.
- How can I get my parcel if the storage period has elapsed
Following 30 days of storage, the shipment is considered unclaimed. Unclaimed parcels are sent to the storage warehouse.
To receive a parcel from the storage warehouse, be sure to do the following:

- 2Order repeated delivery and pay for it
