How to order forwarding in the mobile application
STEP 1
Select the parcel to be forwarded in the My Parcels sectionSTEP 2
Go to the "Manage shipment" fieldSTEP 3
Select the "Forwarding" service and add a new delivery locationSTEP 4
Click the "Submit a request" button
Once your request is confirmed, a new parcel number will appear in the My Shipments section.The recipient will be notified when the parcel arrives at the new destination.
