Receive parcels near your home, office or shop

A pickup point is a type of branch located on the territory of an existing company where you can receive a parcel from Nova Poshta:

You can receive parcels and documents at Pick Up points

up to 10 kg

max. 70x70x70 cm

declared value up to 5 000 lei

only parcels paid for by the sender are accepted*

*Parcels with payment upon delivery (recipient-paid) are not accepted for delivery to pick-up points.

When the shipment arrives, you will be notified of the EW number (express waybill) and the address of the pickup point by SMS or in the mobile app.

When you visit a partner point, show the operator your EW number and an identification document, e.g. IC, your passport or driver's license.

The "Parcel Inspection" service is unavailable at Pick Up Points.

Storage period: up to 30 days. After the expiration of the term, the parcel will be redirected to the storage depot.

Exception: TEMU orders are stored for 5 days. Once the 5-day period is over, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
