    • A higher value of actual or volumetric weight is used to determine the rate
    • Volumetric weight (kg) = length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 5 000

Delivery is paid by the sender or recipient

  • When sending from the branch

    • by card or cash at a branch
    • by card in the mobile application or website

The sender pays the return shipping if the recipient rejects the package and returns it.

Refusal will also be considered in situations where:

  • the recipient was not present at the time of delivery
  • the recipient could not be contacted to receive the shipment
  • contact information was incorrect
  • the storage term at the branch has expired.

Returns will be charged according to the general shipping tariffs.

How to track a parcel

You can track your parcel in the Tracking tab or in the mobile application.

When the parcel arrives at the branch, the recipient will receive a notification via SMS or in the mobile application. If delivery to the address is arranged, the courier will notify the recipient of arrival of the parcel.

*Delivery is carried out throughout the Republic of Moldova, except for Transnistria.
