Pay for parcels upon receipt
You can easily use this service through the Nova Post mobile app. No need to conclude a contract for this.
This service is available for ordering goods from online stores in Poland.
Parcels are sent only to Nova Post branches in Ukraine: it's still not possible to order delivery by courier, to a parcel locker, or another country.

How does it work
1. When placing an order in the online store, you must specify delivery to a Nova Poshta branch in Ukraine and select the «Pay on delivery» option.
2. Коли заявка буде оформлена, в мобільному застосунку з’явиться міжнародна експрес-накладна (МЕН) з деталями про замовлення, контактами відправника, варіантами оплати та додатковою послугою: «Оплата при отриманні».
3. Коли посилка надійде на відділення в Україні, ви оглядаєте товар. Якщо товар не підходить, ви повертаєте посилку без оплати.
4. If the goods are suitable, you should pay for the parcel in the Nova Post mobile app:

■ Via Apple Pay
■ Via Google Pay

How to track the shipment
You can track your shipment on the tracking page or in the mobile app.
Once the parcel arrives at the branch, the recipient will be notified via SMS and the mobile app.
If the goods are not suitable, you are not required to pick up and pay for the shipment
We will send the parcel to the seller at the address specified in the IEW.
The goods that have been picked up and paid for can be returned at the recipient's expense
As part of the service, we only deliver the shipment.
You must discuss the possibility and rules for returning goods, as well as the terms and conditions of the refund with the seller before placing and sending the order.
- When receiving the goods, the branch operator may ask for an identity document, such as an international passport.
This is legal. We do so for your safety and to reduce the risk of fraud.
Transfer terms and conditions
- 1The cost of goods in Polish online stores is calculated in zloty. You can pay for the goods with a card of any currency. When paying, the currency will be converted at the zloty exchange rate.
- 2Some banks can apply a double conversion. In this case, the payment amount for the goods will be higher. For terms and conditions of debiting for goods in international online stores, see the official bank websites.
- 3One-time transfer amount: Up to €150 equivalent to Polish zlotys.
- 4Monthly transfer turnover: Up to 100 000 ₴ equivalent to Polish zlotys.
