Change in the storage period for TEMU parcels at Nova Post branches and pickup points

The storage conditions for other delivery channels remain unchanged:

• in parcel lockers — 3 days from the date of arrival;
• for home delivery — up to 3 delivery attempts.

After the storage period expires, all unclaimed parcels will be returned to the sender.
Recipients can track the status of their parcels in the Nova Post Moldova app, on the website, or via SMS notifications. For greater convenience, we recommend registering at https://my.nova.global/ and selecting a preferred branch for the delivery of all international parcels.
