How to send a parcel from via Parcel Lockers Paczkomat

- 2Pay for the delivery and receive an access code to the InPost parcel locker: by SMS, email or in the Nova Post app. The access code iscross-functional, allowing you toopen a free cell of any parcel locker.

- 4Enter the access code on the screen of the parcel locker Paczkomat or scan the QR code from the Nova Post app: the prompts on the parcel locker Paczkomat screen will show you how to do everything.
- 5When the cell opens, put the parcel in. Then close the cell.
Rates and conditions
- The cost of delivery from I Parcel Lockers Paczkomat pickup points and parcel lockers will be the same as when sending from a Nova Post branch.
- The rate is calculated for each cargo place.
A small parcel with books and clothes will take up 1 luggage place in our freight transport. A large parcel or items with a width exceeding 64 cm will take up more places. The exact number of luggage places will be announced by the operator at the branch. - You can send your parcel within 72 hours after paying for the order.
If the parcel is not sent within this time, the funds will be automatically refunded within 14 days. After that, the access code to the Parcel Lockers Paczkomat cell will become inactive. - In case of changing your mind about sending the parcel or wishing to get a refund without waiting for 3 days, please call our contact center:
